Mr. Raymond Hamilton died unexpectedly in his home on October 29, 2020 in Houston, Texas at the age of 68.
Raymond was born on April 16th, 1952 in Kiowa, Kansas to Raymond and Patsy Hamilton. He married Shawn, on May 18, 1999. After moving to Houston, he worked for Lyondell Basell. Raymond was active in his community by serving at his church, Fairhaven United Methodist Church. He participated in the Men's Breakfast Group as well as served on the board. He was a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the transportation committee.
Raymond is preceded in death by his son Zach Hamilton and his mother Patsy. He is survived by his wife of 21 years Shawn; father Raymond Hamilton; daughter Megan Hamilton, step sons Tyler Frazier, Trent and wife, Amy Frazier; siblings Teressa Shipley, Connie and husband Bucky Cox, Alan and wife, Cam Hamilton; seven grandchildren, Lexi Ratcliff, Lakin Hamilton, Kloey Davis, Kennedi Hamilton, Wesley Frazier and Tenley Frazier. He is also survived by his great granddaughter Harper Belknap as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial is scheduled for November 14, 2020 at Woodlawn Funeral Home located at 1101 Antoine Dr. Houston, Texas 77055 at 11am. Wick Stuckey and Bob Luton will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Raymond's life.
