Onia Mae Harrison, 77, of Porter Texas, passed from this life on February 2, 2020 in Humble Texas.
Onia was born January 25, 1943 in Monticello, Arkansas to Horace Robinson and Mildred Robinson Nutt.
She has lived in Porter for the last 25 years and was a faithful member of Porter Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her children, Bobby Harrison of Star City Arkansas, Jacky Harrison (Mary) of Splendora, Texas, Danny Harrison (Tina) of Star City, Arkansas, Sandra Hutchins (Rick) Bentonville, Arkansas, Glen Harrison (Diana) of Lancaster, Ohio and Karen Bowen of Atascocita, Texas. Grandchildren, Jonathan Harrison, Lindsey Loving, Ashly Harrison, Brittany Rapuk, Justin Harrison, Chris Yates, Matthew Hutchins, Hollie Harrison, Clayton Harrison, Nicole Bowen and Mitchell Bowen. Eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Siblings, Winford Robinson (Carolyn), Gladys Via (Jerry), Charles Robinson (Sheila), Johnny Robinson (April), and Mark Doudy, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Onia's life will be celebrated, Wednesday February 5, 2020, 11 a.m. at Porter Apostolic Church. The service will be officiated by Bishop Jerry Green and Rev. Joel McCoy.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2020, 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
Serving as pall bearers will be Jeffry Lewis, Jimmy Bowen, Richard Bowen, Ray Bowen, Michael Bowen, and Rick Hutchins.
Interment will follow the ceremony at Rosewood in New Caney, Texas.
Arrangements are being handled by Integrity Funeral Services of Houston.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and prayers during this difficult time.
