Daniel Familetti, Jr.

Daniel "Pop Pop" Anthony Familetti, Jr., age 75, born May 28, 1946 in Oxnard, California.  Grew up in Glen Cove, Long Island, New York and passed away in Houston, Texas on April 15, 2022 after a long battle with cancer.  Survived by his wife Diane, children Wes (Jeannie) of Clearwater, Florida, Lee (Adam) of Magnolia, Texas, Christina of New York, and Donna (Damone 1/16/1976 - 1/27/2012) of Houston, Texas.  Grandchildren Michael (Mallory), Joseph, John Paul, Damone Jr., Lucy, Nicolette, Faith, Hope, Daniel, and great granddaughter, Madison.  Also survived by several siblings, extended family and many friends.  A selfless, quiet, and unassuming man, he enjoyed his retirement time bargain hunting, scrapping, and had a passion for anything and everything automotive.  On the day we observe the passing of our Savior Jesus, Good Friday, Pop Pop entered through Heaven's pearly gates, free from pain and rejoicing with passed loved ones and the heavenly hosts.  We love him and will miss him always.
