William Fain

WILLIAM (BILL) STANLEY FAIN passed away September 17, 2022, at the age of 87.  He was preceded in death by his parents, William Hassel Fain and Alice Haver Fain, and his big sister Norma Jean Fain Stroud.

He leaves behind his brother Patrick Fain (Gayle) and nieces and nephews, Michael, Susan, Michele, Kelly, Kevin, and Kari and their families.

A lifelong resident of The Heights, Bill attended Reagan High School and University of Houston, where he earned a degree in Business.  He enjoyed restoring cars and houses. He also had an adventurous spirit and loved flying airplanes, traveling, and motorcycles. He particularly loved Big Bend National Park. He was one of the most kind-hearted people you would ever meet and was truly interested in those he cared about. He will be dearly missed.
