Richard David Collins, 74, passed away in Wallis, Texas on the morning of Sunday, September 9, 2018. He was born on Valentines Day, February 14, 1944.
In his 30's, he was employed at NASA as an electrical engineer.
Richard is survived by his daughters Michelle Riches and Charleen Spuhler, grandchildren Sarah Riches, Addie and Truman Spuhler. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family in Texas and California.
