In Loving Memory of Rebecca Leigh Peeples Snyder

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loved one, who departed this life on May 11,2024, at the age of 58. Rebecca Leigh Peeples Snyder was a cherished wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is remembered for her kindness, compassion, and love for her family. Her many achievements included a 1987 degree from Texas A and M University and a Master of Arts in mental health counseling from Sam Houston State in 2004. She became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2009.

Born on June 9, 1965, in Houston, Rebecca touched the lives of many through her concern for the mental health of others. She was known for her faith and love of family, friends, horses, quilting, and crafting.

Rebecca is survived by husband, Mike Snyder, son, Garrett Snyder, stepson, William Snyder and like-a-son, Mike Nettles as well as sister, Paula Peeples Waller. She was preceded in death by parents, Sue and Millard Peeples and her brother David A. Peeples.

Though gone from our sight, Rebecca remains in our hearts.
