Mary Doney

Mary Jane Doney of Norfolk, VA, died peacefully at the age of 101 on November 20, 2022. She was a lifelong Virginian and was preceded in death by her brother, Arthur Howe, and her second husband, Andy Doney. She is survived by her three daughters: Loretta Cyphers and (H) Tom Myers of Texas, Jean and (H) Willie Gray of Virginia, and Frances Lyles of Maryland; and her six grandchildren Michael, Lora, Molly, Robyne, Robert, and Ryan. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren She will be lovingly remembered by her many friends, her love of gardening, her numerous preserves and peanut brittle, and her boundless energy.
