Linda Marie Ramirez Perez passed away peacefully on March 22, 2026 in Houston, Texas surrounded by her children. Born on January 30, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the eldest of 8 siblings. She leaves behind her loving children, Jose Perez (Aidin), Lydia Cooper (Chuck), Veronica Logan (Ben) , and Venessa Perez; and her most precious grandchildren; Victoria, John, Arthur, Penelope, Roger, Bruce, and Clark.

Linda also leaves behind her siblings who will miss her dearly; Gloria Broussard (Craig), Cynthia Cantu (Guadalupe), Rene Ramirez Jr. (Norma), Sylvia Ashley (Randy), David Ramirez (Rosa), and Deena Gutierrez (Ralph). She will be missed by numerous nephews and nieces, relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved Juan Antonio Rios, both her parents Lydia Rodriguez Ramirez and Rene Ramirez Sr., and her brother, Dennis Ramirez Sr.

Services for Linda will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 from 7-9 pm at Storehouse Community Church, 212 N 12 St. McAllen, TX 78501. Burial service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at La Piedad Cemetery at 11 am, 1801 Wichita Ave, McAllen, TX 78501.
