Justin Bradley Gonzales

July 21, 1988 — August 28, 2025

Houston

Justin Gonzales, age 37, of Houston, Texas entered into the arms of his Lord and Savior on August 28, 2025.

Justin was born and grew up in Houston. He attended school in the Houston area until later his family began homeschooling. He made a decision for Jesus Christ and was baptized at Evangelistic Temple in Houston, TX.

Justin spent his days pushing himself. Whether it was at the gym, at work, on the pickleball court, or with his friends, he never stopped moving. We were blessed to get to say “hi” between showers, gigantic meal prep projects, and sleep. Through his passion for self improvement, magnetic personality, and devotion to his friends and family, he amassed a community of people who loved him.

His big heart always extended to animals, and led to lots of pets and rescues. He loved and cared for many cats and dogs growing up and in his adult life. He had a special place in his heart for his long time furry companion, a ferret he named Cheese.

Justin’s many adventures lead him on the road, with major stops in Florida and Minnesota before returning to Texas. He hit some rough patches along the way, but his indomitable spirit always drove him back towards his goals.

Justin was an unending fountain of ideas and passion. His strong work ethic resulted in several successful entrepreneurial ventures as a young adult. Most recently, he made a lasting impact with his friends and coworkers at Hogue Landscaping Services.

Justin was preceded in death by his father, Adrian Gonzales, Sr. and siblings, Charlie Finch and Afton Miller. Justin is survived by his mother, Tammy Kehoe-Smith, aunt, Cindy Hill, siblings: Ken Finch (wife, Susan), Adrian Gonzales, Amanda Gonzales, Victoria Gonzales, Sophia Gonzales, Simon Gonzales, and Andrew Stough. Justin is also survived by the mom who raised him, Tammi Biel Warren (husband, Matt), grandparents, Lynn and Richard Biel and his niece, Belle Gonzales and nephew, Max Gonzales, many cousins, extended family and friends.

Justin will always be remembered for his signature smile and his unforgettable laugh. He was a diehard optimist, upbeat, positive and loved without reservation. He was a friend to all and never met a stranger. He had a unique way of connecting with others and made folks around him feel special. He will be greatly loved and missed by everyone who knew him.
