Diane Ford

Diane Ford, 74, of Houston, TX. Passed peacefully in her sleep November 21, 2025 at home in Houston, TX. Diane was born on April 15, 1951 in Waco, TX. Daughter of Robert and Lillian Hunt, Siblings Hazel, Jim, Linda and Bill. Diane married Loyd Ford in 1967 and had two children Dena and Lonnie Ford. Her husband Loyd passed away in 1977 and she never remarried dedicating her life to her children.

Diane enjoyed her children and gardening. You could always find her in the yard on beautiful days gardening in her flowerbeds or sitting on her patio looking at her work. Diane loved her grandkids Megan, Jeremy, Jackie, Emrie, Logan and great grandkids Frederick, Marcus, Amelia.

Footprints-The Lord replied, “My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”

Diane’s services will be held on December 8, 2025 at Houston National Cemetery 11:30am. Please meet in lane one at 11:15 for services.
