With profound sadness and immense love, we announce the passing of Eduardo Chapa Villa, who entered eternal rest on July 3, 2026, at the age of 65.
Born on January 18, 1961, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, Eduardo built a life centered on hard work, kindness, and an unwavering love for his family. He dedicated much of his professional life to Mi Tierra Auto Sales, where he became known not only for his passion and knowledge of automobiles, but also for his dedication, honesty, and the genuine way he connected with everyone he met.
Eduardo had a lifelong passion for cars and could spend hours talking about classic vehicles. He was also a movie enthusiast who enjoyed watching films, sharing his favorites, and spending time at the casino, especially trying his luck on the slot machines.
One of Eduardo’s greatest gifts was his ability to connect with people. He never met a stranger. Whether it was someone he had known for years or someone he had just met, he could turn a simple conversation into something meaningful. His warmth, genuine interest in others, and unforgettable sense of humor made people feel like old friends. His jokes and playful personality could brighten anyone’s day.
Some of Eduardo’s happiest moments were spent with family. Weekend carne asadas were one of his favorite traditions. He loved firing up the grill, cooking for everyone, sharing stories, telling jokes, and enjoying the company of those he loved most. He also treasured the time he spent with his grandsons, taking them shopping, going out for breakfast, and creating memories through the simple moments they shared together.
Above all, Eduardo was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He was always willing to help others, and his quiet strength, kindness, and love for his family were the foundation of everything he did.
He is survived by his children, Samantha Chapa, Eduardo Chapa, and Jessica Chapa, who will forever cherish his memory and carry his legacy forward.
Eduardo is lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though he is no longer with us in body, his love, laughter, kindness, and spirit will remain with us always.
