She worked for Bank of the Southwest for a number of years until becoming a business owner with her husband in Kosse, TX. Cleo enjoyed spending time with her girlfriends, playing bingo, collecting cookbooks, and she was a lover of garage sales and shopping. She adored her beloved dogs Gizmo, Cosmo and Sienna. Preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William Ira Johnston Jr. of 28 years, Cleo is survived by her daughter Terry McKinney, son-in-law Larry McKinney and granddaughter Andrea Mickan all of Magnolia; along with friends and loved ones. Cleo will be dearly missed by many people, including her beloved friends of HomeTowne at Tomball and Harvest Home in Tomball. In-lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to your local ASPCA organization in remembrance of Cleo.
