Colleen B Connor

Colleen Connor passed away and joined God in heaven on October 22, 2023 after a prolonged state of illness.  She was born on May 21, 1944 in Belgium and naturalized as a child to New Orleans, LA by adopted parents James Thomas Connor and Brunilda (Fransen) Connor.  Colleen joins her husband Mike Neuburger, twin sister Colette McCrory and brother James Thomas Connor Jr. in eternal rest.

Colleen was a kind and creative person – always helping those in need, even if she could not afford to do so.  She had an eye for detail and quality - working as a seamstress and picture framer until she retired in 2015.  She moved to Houston, TX soon after that to be with her 2 sons (Jason and Matthew Reynaud) and grandchildren  Kayla, Austin, Danielle, William, Zoe and Mia.

She was an inspiration to everyone who knew her and she will be missed by all.  A service of remembrance for her is planned December 9th at 1:00pm in Metairie, LA.  Please contact matt_reynaud@yahoo.com for details.
