Cindy Lee Murry-Kebodeaux born Jan. 9 1950 to Albert Leroy Murry and Lillian Juanita Morrison-Murry passed away March 24 2026 while surrounded by her family. She is survived by her son Kenneth Dwain Kebodeaux Jr, wife Adrianna, sons Taylor & Adrian. Son Jeffrey Alan Kebodeaux, wife Becky. and daughter Madelynn and sister Shellie Ann Murry.

Cindy was proceeded in death by her loving husband Kenneth (Kenny) Dwain Kebodeaux Sr. And her parents.

Cindy was born and raised in Wichita Falls and moved to Houston with her family in the mid 70’s. Cindy spent her career working in technology for the banking industry, eventually retiring from JP Morgan Chase.

Cindy loved getting together with her family and friends, playing cards, camping at the river, watching the Astros, and traveling with Kenny.

Cindy (Granny K) will be most remembered for her big personality with a ready smile and hug to go along with it. You would never leave her home without a full belly and left overs.

Christmas was always a production and you could not park in front of the house because you would block the view of the yard decorations.

Cindy & Ken will never know the full impact they had in their family, friends & community, giving a strong foundation to their children. They provided a place to come home to and a heritage to be proud of.

Services will be held April 24th 2026 at 12:45 at the VA Houston National Cemetery.
