Alexander Hatcher

February 12, 1999 — June 2, 2018

On June 2, 2018 our sweet and loving boy Alexander Marshall Hatcher became our guardian angel. He was born February 12, 1999 to Mitchel and Trisha Hatcher in Houston, TX. Alex lived a remarkable 19 years. He evoked tremendous pride in his family's hearts through his joyful, entertaining personality, and his many accomplishments. Alex was a 2017 Cypress Creek High School graduate who through his diligence and determined spirit, earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout. In addition he loved music, was a consummate practical joker and enjoyed taking initiative at work. If you knew Alex, then you knew that one of his greatest gifts was the inherent ability to make others laugh (and sneak some ‘selfies' into your unguarded cell phone). His jokes, his smile, and the infectious sound of his laugh will forever live on in the hearts, minds, and camera rolls of those who had the pleasure to know him. When Alex smiled the world was a better place. Alex is survived by his loving parents, two sisters Stephanie and Sammy, his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 14th, 2018 at 3:00 PM located at: Lakewood United Methodist Church, 11330 Louetta Rd Houston, TX 77070. We invite each and every one of you who knew Alex or whose lives were touched by him to gather and celebrate his life with us. If you feel inclined to show your support further, the family has asked that donations in Alex's name be made to the F.R.O.G.S. organization.
