Linda Clements

August 11, 1945 — October 24, 2022

On Monday, October 24th, Linda Clements, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away. She was seventy-seven and currently residing in Houston, Texas. She was expected to come home from a brief hospitalization but unexpectedly was called home by her Lord and Savior.
She was born in Brownwood, Tx. on August 11, 1945 to Wanda and Bob Lee. The family later moved to San Angelo, Texas, where she graduated from Central High School.  After graduating, she married and moved to California where she started her family.  In 1970 she returned to Texas, where she started working in the insurance industry.  She remarried in 1979 to Wayne Clements and moved to Abilene, Texas and she continued working as an insurance agent. In 1986 she moved back to San Angelo, Texas and lived there until she moved to Houston in 2019. Linda loved spending time with her family and was considered a second mother by many.  She loved reading, playing pinochle with her friends and family and was a woman of faith.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Wayne Clements. She is survived by her brother Dennis Lee of San Angelo, Texas and sister Marsha DeGraffenried of Granbury, Texas, three children; Amy Franklin of Houston, Jennifer Nobles and husband Ralph Gamboa of Houston, and Kevin Clement and wife Jennifer Mendoza of Odessa. She is also survived by her grandchildren Mason Nobles, Christian Goins, McCaleb Clements and Jacobi Clements as well as 2 great grandchildren and many other friends and relatives.

There will be a Celebration of Life in January and will be held in San Angelo, Texas. The family will be posting the details on Linda's Facebook, as well as the family reaching out personally.
